Agave, esclusivo ristorante nel cuore di San Pantaleo, è alla ricerca di un/una Sous Chefappassionato e motivato, che affianchi l'Executive Chef nella gestione quotidiana della cucina e contribuisca con creatività, precisione e spirito collaborativo all'evoluzione del nostro progetto gastronomico.Responsabilità principali:- Supportare l'Executive Chef nell'organizzazione e supervisione della brigata.- Garantire l'eccellenza nella preparazione e presentazione dei piatti.- Collaborare alla creazione e allo sviluppo del menù stagionale.- Monitorare il rispetto degli standard igienico-sanitari e di sicurezza alimentare.- Contribuire alla formazione e motivazione del team di cucina.- Affiancare l'Executive Chef nella gestione amministrativa della cucina, con particolare attenzione a ordini e fornitori, controllo dei costi e supervisione del magazzino.Requisiti:- Esperienza consolidata in cucine di pari livello e in ruoli di responsabilità.- Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche culinarie contemporanee e sensibilità verso la tradizione mediterranea e sarda.- Capacità organizzative e gestionali, con attenzione al controllo dei costi e all'efficienza operativa.- Leadership positiva e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.- Flessibilità, affidabilità e passione per l'ospitalità di qualità.- Orientamento al dettaglio e alla costante ricerca dell'eccellenza.- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, compresi weekend e festivi.Benefits:Vitto e alloggio per non residenti.
