Tuya Milano, a refined and modern dining destination in the heart of the city, is looking for aRestaurant Operation & Events Manager— a dynamic professional who enjoys working with people, organizing beautiful experiences, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.This role is perfect for someone who combineswarm guest interaction,good organizational skills, anda passion for hospitality.What You'll DoRestaurant OperationsBe a welcoming presence for guests and VIP clients.Support daily FOH operations and ensure smooth service flow.Lead, motivate, and support the service team when needed.Help maintain consistent service standards and a positive atmosphere.Assist with reservations, special requests, and guest preferences.Private EventsBe the main point of contact for private and corporate event inquiries.Coordinate requests, follow-ups, and communication with clients.Create and customize event menus and proposals with the Head Chef.Prepare budgets, agreements, and planning documents.Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless event execution.Lead internal briefings and share clear instructions with all departments.Brand & Guest ExperienceBuild strong relationships with guests and returning clients.Support marketing with events, collaborations, and brand activations.Represent Tuya Milano at selected events or promotional moments.Ensure every guest receives a personalized, elegant experience.What We're Looking ForExperience in hospitality, ideally in events or restaurant operations.Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident presence.Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.Fluent in Italian and English.Flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends depending on events.A positive attitude and passion for creating memorable experiences.What We OfferA beautiful and inspiring workplace in central Milan.A supportive team and an international hospitality environment.Competitive salary package.Opportunities to grow within the Tuya group.Creative involvement in events and guest experience projects.Benefits~ Events commission~13th & 14th Salary bonus~ Company canteen~ Flexible working hoursEmployment contract: Full time
