In un contesto in espansione focalizzato su Innovazione Prodotto, tecnologie produttive all'avanguardia e in ottica Lean, ricerchiamo un Project Manager R& D.La risorsa, inserita all'interno dell'area R& D, eseguirà e coordinerà le attività di progettazione del prodotto sia nel caso di sviluppo di nuovi prodotti, sia nel caso di modifiche di prodotti esistenti.Sarà responsabile di progetti di sviluppo prodotto, definendo le specifiche di progetto, realizzando e/o coordinando le attività di verifica delle stesse durante le fasi di sviluppo (realizzazione campioni, prove) nonché le attività necessarie per la validazione e il rilascio delle specifiche alla produzione al termine del progetto (pre-serie produttiva).In particolare, si occuperà di:Project Managementcomprendere le esigenze interne/del cliente e tradurle in requisiti del progetto;collaborare con i team tecnici (commerciale, laboratorio, qualità, tecnologie) per definire specifiche e funzionalità;collaborare con il Laboratorio e la Qualità nella definizione e realizzazione del piano dei test di verifica dei nuovi scambiatori;coordinare e supervisionare le attività relative alla costruzione dei prototipi;creare piani di progetto dettagliati, inclusi tempi, risorse e budget;monitorare l'avanzamento del progetto rispetto al piano stabilito;comunicare in modo efficace con le parti interessate del progetto.Progettazionecreare codici articolo, distinte base e cicli di lavorazione;creare e gestire i disegni tecnici per gli scambiatori di calore tramite l'utilizzo di software di modellazione 3 D/2 D;eseguire calcoli e simulazioni numeriche tramite l'utilizzo di software CAE;definire le specifiche tecniche necessarie per l'acquisto di un nuovo componente e collaborare con l'ufficio acquisti per la scelta del fornitore;collaborare con i progettisti di processo e con l'ufficio di competenza (tecnologie) per le attività di industrializzazione del prodotto;gestire le modifiche tecniche richieste dalla produzione e/o dai clienti (omologa dei nuovi prodotti, richieste di miglioramento, analisi problemi dal campo).Si richiede:Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica;Conoscenza della lingua inglese;Competenze di Project Management;Disponibilità all'utilizzo di software di modellazione 3 D/2 D;Lavoro in team;Problem Solving e Orientamento al Risultato;Residenza in zona limitrofa alla sede aziendale.Si offre:inserimento diretto;formazione continua e trasversale e piano di sviluppo carriera;sviluppo professionale all'interno di un contesto tecnologico stimolante e dinamico.«Le persone interessate possono inviare la propria candidatura ai sensi del d.lgs ********.
