The RoleTheIT Business Analystreports hierarchically to theGroup IT Manager – Applicationsand is responsible for managing and overseeing IT Applications projects for the headquarters, foreign and Italian branches, with a strong focus on ERP Infor LN implementations and upgrades.Your ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization in collaboration with business stakeholdersTranslate business requirements into clear and comprehensive technical specifications, facilitating effective communication between IT teams and external partnersPropose standard and innovative solutions to enhance business processes, maximizing the value and capabilitiesManage new implementation and upgrade projects with the support of external consultantsCreate and manage project documentation and perform impact analysis to assess the effects of proposed changes on existing systems and integrated processesYour SkillsProven and solid experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects, with a track record in ERP implementation, customization and project lifecycle managementHave a Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information SystemsSolid project management skills, including experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendorsExcellent communication and listening skillsProficiency in spoken and written EnglishLocation: Collecchio, in the province of Parma.Hybrid work option: 4 days of remote work per month.The TeamYou will work closely with a team of IT Business Analysts in Parma Headquarters and the foreign branches, collaborating also with external partners.Moreover, you will have the opportunity to be part of an international context, increase your skills and contribute to the development of the IT Applications inside our Group and improve the quality of the company processes.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation Technology, Engineering, and Project ManagementIndustriesMachinery Manufacturing, Agriculture, Construction, Mining Machinery Manufacturing, and Automation Machinery Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
