Company Overview BeOne continues to grow at a rapid pace with challenging and exciting opportunities for experienced professionals.When considering candidates, we look for scientific and business professionals who are highly motivated, collaborative, and most importantly, share our passionate interest in fighting cancer.General DescriptionUnder the direction of the Regional Field Manager this individual will be responsible for maximizing BeOne's products in the served territory.The Key Account Manager (KAM), in coordination with Market Access and Medical colleagues, implements the business strategy in the area and is responsible for achieving defined sales targets within an agreed expense budget.The KAM will develop territory specific strategic account plans in close alignment and collaboration with the other functions.In addition, the KAM supports and advises the key account customers in the territory in an appreciative, open minded and honest manner.Area of responsibility: Lazio, Umbria, Marche, Abruzzo.Preferred province of residence: Roma.Essential Functions of the JobBuild BeOne image/brand and awareness for our company and products in the oncology market in the served area, as a key scientific and health care partner.Develop long-lasting relationships based on value addition to the key stakeholders of the assigned territory.Responsibility for the regional sales, company reputation, access goals and qualitative performance parameters, as agreed with the RFM, in coordination with other departments.Develop, implement and execute commercial projects to optimize patient care in collaboration with our key customers (HCPs and HCOs).Organize and execute local symposia and workshops with the key customers.Gather insights and analyze available information to identify strategic opportunities at account level.Participate and provide customer care at local, national and international meetings and symposia.Ensure compliance within all activities to maintain the highest standards of patient-focused ethical conduct in line with our values.Consistently ensure operating in accordance with BeOne ´s Standards of conduct and all applicable local laws and regulations.QualificationsLife science degree (university, college) or equivalent professional experience.Specific knowledge in hematology-oncology.Experience as a commercial representative in the oncology market (previous experience in lung and gastric cancer is desirable).Good knowledge of local KOLs and key HCOs.Scientific education and experience in similar positions.Distinct knowledge in project management.Strong identification with BeOne's values and loyalty to the company.Willingness to learn and continuously develop (training and coaching).Demonstrated success in a small but fast-growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment.Innovative, creative, out-of-the-box thinking.Making things happen, has the right level of implementation skills.Marketing and commercial-oriented thinking and working style.Knowledge of distribution structures and distribution channels of drugs.Highly motivated, solution-oriented and positive attitude.High social competence, flexibility and attitude toward teamwork.Negotiation skills.Success-, service-, and commercial-oriented thinking and working.Willingness to travel.Valid driver's license.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesNo.Computer SkillsGood computer skills required (MS Office).Other QualificationsCompetent in both verbal and written English.TravelApproximately 70% of time.Global CompetenciesFosters TeamworkProvides and solicits honest and actionable feedbackSelf-awarenessActs inclusivelyDemonstrates initiativeEntrepreneurial mindsetContinuous learningEmbraces changeResults-orientedAnalytical thinking/data analysisFinancial excellenceCommunicates with clarityWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.BeOne does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, national origin, veteran status or any other basis covered by appropriate law.All employment is decided on the basis of qualifications, merit, and business need.#J-*****-Ljbffr
