Renco Spa è una società internazionale leader nel settore dell'ingegneria, delle costruzioni e dello sviluppo di progetti.Da oltre quarant'anni forniamo soluzioni efficienti, evolvendo costantemente le nostre competenze e adottando approcci innovativi per soddisfare le esigenze dei nostri clienti e contribuire a un futuro più sostenibile.Join us, Live the planet betterINTRODUZIONE AL RUOLOPer la nostraEnergy Divisioncon sede a Pesaro, ricerchiamo unProject Specialist Leader(livello Mid-Senior).La risorsa sarà inserita nel team di Ingegneria, riportando alDiscipline Leadere funzionalmente alProject Engineerdi commessa.Il ruolo prevede la gestione tecnica e il coordinamento dell'ingegneriaIC&T(Instrumentation, Control & Telecom) per progetti EPC nei settoriOil&Gas, Power e Green Energy .SCOPO DEL LAVORO Il PSL garantisce la qualità tecnica e il rispetto delle tempistiche dei deliverables, coordinando le risorse interne ed esterne.Oltre alla conformità normativa, in progetti specifici (es.iniziative inProject Financing ), la figura dovrà elaborare soluzioni diValue Engineeringcosto-efficaci, garantendo funzionalità e affidabilità a lungo termine dell'impianto.RESPONSABILITÀ PRINCIPALICoordinamento e Pianificazione:Definire la lista documenti e la pianificazione delle attività IC&T, gestendo le interdipendenze con altre discipline e monitorando l'avanzamento.Gestione Tecnica & Procurement:Redigere le richieste di acquisto (MR) su sistema ERP, supportare le gare d'appalto e gestire ilvendor follow-up(revisione documentale, ispezioni e test specialistici).Project Control:Monitorare i costi diretti e le ore di ingegneria della disciplina, utilizzando tecniche di controllo (es. metodo " Earned Value ") e segnalando scostamenti dal budget al Project Engineer.Supporto Trasversale:Partecipare ai meeting con clienti e fornitori, fornire supporto tecnico alle fasi di costruzione/commissioning e collaborare con l'ufficio offerte.Miglioramento Continuo:Acquisire lelessons learnt(anche tramite visite in cantiere) e proporre l'adozione di nuove tecnologie (es. AI) per ottimizzare i processi.REQUISITI E COMPETENZEFormazione:Laurea (Triennale o Magistrale) in Ingegneria (Automazione, Elettronica, Telecomunicazioni o Elettrica).Esperienza:Solida esperienza maturata in progettiEPC(Oil&Gas, Power o Green Energy) di significativo valore economico.Comprovata esperienza nel coordinamento tecnico della disciplina (Instrumentation, Control & Telecom) su progettiGreen FieldoBrown Field .Competenze Tecniche (Hard Skills):Approfondita conoscenza diDCS, SIS/ESD, PLC , sistemi Fire & Gas e Telecomunicazioni.Padronanza dei codici e standard internazionali (es. IEC, ISA, API).Capacità di lettura di disegni tecnici complessi (P&ID, schematici, isometrici).Software & Tools:Conoscenza pacchetto Office e AutoCAD.Costituisce titolo preferenziale la conoscenza diAVEVA E3De della metodologia BIM.Interesse verso l'applicazione di tecnologie diIntelligenza Artificiale (AI)nell'ingegneria.Soft Skills & Lingue:Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.Problem-solving, orientamento all'obiettivo e capacità di lavorare in team.SEDE E DISPONIBILITÀSede:Uffici Renco, Pesaro (PU).Trasferte:Disponibilità a viaggi presso i siti di progetto in Italia o all'Estero
