CLIENT ADVISOR VENICE, CENTRAL AREAOFFERING:Salary up to €26 K, according to experienceGreat Benefits and bonus scheme40 hours per weekRESPONSIBILITIES:Stay up to date with collections, demonstrating strong product knowledge and a results-driven approach to exceeding KPI targets.Support daily operations in collaboration with colleagues and management, ensuring impeccable standards on the sales floor, in the stockroom, and in VM, in line with company guidelines.Deliver excellent customer service with a strong focus on CRM, clienteling, and after-sales processes.Act as a brand ambassador, building long-term relationships with new customers and VIP clientele.REQUIREMENTS:At least 2 year's experience in a premium or luxury fashion industryCurrently working with KPIs, CRM & clients appointmentsFluent in English languageABOUT:Italian luxury houseElegance, uniqueness and made in ItalyHeritage, attention to details and research into unique fabrics and techniquesThis is an urgent vacancy - if this position is of interest, please apply now with your updated CV for an immediate interview.
