EXPORT LOGISTIC SPECIALISTRuoloStiamo ricercando unExport& Logistic Specialistper una realtà che offre soluzioni chiavi in mano per il settore alberghiero, facente parte di un gruppo multinazionale leader mondiale nel food service equipment.La figura si occuperà della gestione operativa delle attività legate alla logistica internazionale e delle pratiche doganali, oltre all'emissione della fatturazione attiva.La persona sarà un punto di riferimento per il coordinamento delle spedizioni internazionali e lavorerà a stretto contatto con il team di progetto e con il magazzino.ResponsabilitàGestione delle spedizioni internazionali (via terra, mare, aria) in collaborazione con i Project ManagerOrganizzazione logistica e monitoraggio della merce in entrata ed in uscita – magazzino esternoCoordinamento con il magazzino per la preparazione e il carico delle merciGestione delle pratiche doganali e dei documenti di esportazione (DDT, CMR, EUR1, bolle doganali, certificati d'origine, gestione LC, ecc.)Emissione fatture – gestione ciclo attivoGestione delle relazioni e contatto diretto con spedizionieri, clienti esteri e fornitori interni o esterni + gestione di relazioni con dipartimenti interni: Acquisti, Project Management, Ufficio Tecnico.Monitoraggio delle consegne e risoluzione di eventuali problematiche logisticheAggiornamento dei sistemi gestionali e archiviazione della documentazione export.RequisitiLaurea o Diploma con cultura universitariaPregressa esperienza nel ruolo o in mansioni simili in ambito export/logisticaConoscenza delle normative doganali e dei principali documenti di exportAuspicabili competenze in export controlOttima conoscenza di IncotermsOttima conoscenza della suite Office, in particolare ExcelConoscenza di SAPInglese Ottimo; plus seconda lingua stranieraPrecisione, capacità organizzative e problem solvingCapacità relazionale e doti di comunicazione a tutti i livelliAttitudine al lavoro in team – Team workingUmiltà, diplomazia, operatività e proattività.Job OfferSede di lavoro: Milano nord est (sede raggiungibile con la metropolitana verde)CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria: tempo indeterminatoBenefit: ticket restaurant da 11 € al Giorno, assicurazione sanitariaRichiesta presenza in ufficio: no smartworkingHuman Value si occupa di attività di Executive Search & Selection (Aut.
