Restaurant Manager – Arena MilanoRiporta a:F&B SupervisorArena Milano è alla ricerca di un/unaRestaurant Managerche entri a far parte del team dedicato alla gestione operativa degli eventi, con l'obiettivo di garantire un'esperienza ospite eccellente e un coordinamento impeccabile delle attività Food & Beverage.La risorsa supervisionerà le areeHospitalitye/oConcessionsdistribuite sui diversi piani della venue, contribuendo alla qualità del servizio e all'efficienza dei flussi operativi.Responsabilità principaliCoordinare e supervisionare il personale operativo interno ed esterno (hostess, waiters, guest service), favorendo efficienza, professionalità e un elevato livello di servizio.Monitorare i flussi di pubblico e le attività nelle aree Hospitality e Concessions, garantendo coerenza operativa, fluidità dei processi e un'accoglienza impeccabile.Supportare il team strategico Food & Beverage nella pianificazione e nell'allocazione delle risorse durante gli eventi.Assicurare il rispetto degli standard di servizio, delle procedure aziendali e delle normative in materia di sicurezza e igiene.Individuare e gestire tempestivamente eventuali criticità operative, mantenendo un elevato livello di soddisfazione dell'ospite.Collaborare efficacemente con i team interni (Food, Beverage, Hospitality) per ottimizzare la comunicazione e il coordinamento tra reparti.by helplavoro.it
