OverviewDo you have an interest in developing people and improving shop floor training?Join Vestas and contribute to the future of sustainable energy.We are looking for two Training Experts, one for Handling & Logistics and one for Finish & Paint in our manufacturing area.You will be responsible for creating and improving training programs and materials for factory employees, with an emphasis on practical learning and process understanding.ResponsibilitiesDesign and update training materials for your focus area (Handling & Logistics or Finish & Paint).Analyze current training practices and identify opportunities for improvement.Develop training roadmaps and plans aligned with production needs.Work with engineers and specialists to translate technical processes into clear and practical training content.Ensure training meets internal standards, safety requirements, and ISO guidelines.Support continuous improvement using Lean tools such as:5 Whys – a technique to find the root cause of a problem by asking "why" five times.Fishbone Diagram (Ishikawa) – a tool to identify and visualize causes of a specific issue.Gather feedback from trainees and continuously improve training programs.Spend time in the factory to fully understand the processes and challenges.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.Certified in Train-the-Trainer.6–8 years of experience developing training programs for factory or shop floor workers.Experience planning and delivering training to large groups (up to 100 people).Comfortable working in an organized, multicultural manufacturing environment.Key SkillsKnowledge of adult learning principles.Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).Familiarity with digital training tools or e-learning formats.Problem-solving mindset and data-driven approach.Good communication and teamwork skills.Willingness to spend time on the shop floor to observe and learn.What We OfferAttractive salary + bonusA key role in shaping skills and knowledge in a global leader in renewable energy.A collaborative and international work environment.Opportunities to grow within the company.The chance to contribute to improving our training culture and processes.Location: Taranto.Candidates must live in Taranto or move to Taranto.#J-*****-Ljbffr
