Morgan Private Bank's Marketing team invites you to shape the local marketing strategy for our EMEA business across Southern Europe and DACH markets.Job DescriptionRole offers the opportunity to elevate our brand among sophisticated clients, deepen relationships, and drive new client acquisition through innovative, integrated marketing initiatives tailored to the UHNW segment.Job SummaryAs an EMEA Channel Marketing Executive within the Marketing team, you will define and manage the local marketing strategy for the Private Bank business, enhancing client relationships, attracting new prospects, and improving the client experience through digital channels and local activities.You will collaborate with key stakeholders and Centers of Excellence teams to deliver impactful initiatives and campaigns.Job ResponsibilitiesPartner with Senior Leadership and key stakeholders in each market to translate business objectives into a client-centric marketing strategy.Partner with the EMEA Channel Marketing Manager to align local objectives with broader regional goals.Develop and execute local marketing plans per market, measuring results and proposing new strategic initiatives for UHNW segments.Schedule annual strategic planning sessions and quarterly strategy meetings with Senior Leadership.Manage and own local office webpages, ensuring relevant content and updates.Deliver an integrated program of activity, including paid media, local partnerships, bespoke campaigns, digital experiences, and social media.Partner with Business Intelligence and Digital teams to analyze engagement metrics, ROI, and optimize the strategy.Develop local market narratives, messaging, and brand positioning.Manage the local marketing budget and resources.Build and strengthen relationships with SME partners and global CEOs.Support adoption of marketing tools for advisors, including social training sessions.Act as a conduit between local market teams and central EMEA Marketing, facilitating the flow of insights and trends.Required Qualifications, Capabilities and SkillsMarketing strategy experience in financial services or related industries.Strong strategic planning, delivery of marketing activities, and organizational skills.Data-driven marketing approach with audience analysis, segmentation, and performance measurement.Understanding of the EMEA region and macroeconomic landscape.Excellent project management, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Fluent in English and one of Spanish, German, French, or Italian.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor's degree preferred.Strong experience in investments, marketing, or financial services.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.Additional European language skills are a plus.About UsJ.P.
