Luogo: Lainate, IT, ***** Main Purpose of the role The new resource will work within the Engineering department, reporting to the Plant Director.The main activities are define, implement and coordinate projects that impact the Lainate plant; communicate and collaborate with multiple suppliers of materials and external services as well as with cross-functional teams belonging to different areas.What you will do Initiate and define projects: develop and evaluate project proposals, carry out technical feasibility studies, cost estimates, project definition including budget, P&ID, layout and develop different scenarios and alternatives in collaboration with the manager ; Know howto interpret technical layouts, flowcharts, P&IDs and electrical diagrams; Engineering Project Coordinator: equipment and suppliers, discuss local projects and divide tasks and workload, follow worldwide standards and guidelines for equipment and facilities, initiate innovations to improve efficiency and/or the quality of production; Collaborate inthe preventive evaluation of the technical-professional suitability of external companies, prior to the organization of work to be carried out in the Plant; Supervise compliance with the safety regulations and manage any critical issues in mitigating immediate risk; Monitoring project-related costs and the CAPEX budget and the variance analysis.Our Perfect Candidate 4/5 years experience in technical, engineering or maintenance role in Food/Pharma/FMGC industry; Experience in Project Management; Knowledge of Autocad (2D); Knowledge of Project Management software will be consider a plus; Ability to engage the other functions, share vision and goals and provide feedback; Problem Solving and result oriented.Here in Perfetti Van Melle there is a culture of respect and valorization of diversity.Therefore, applications, recruiting processes and development paths in the company are opportunities open to all people without any type of discrimination.#J-*****-Ljbffr
