Night Supervisor Borgo Pignano Florence is a refined boutique hotel nestled in a 5-hectare park on the picturesque Florentine hills, just minutes from the historic center.Part of the prestigious Relais & Châteaux collection, the property will offer 32 elegant rooms and suites, a private villa, an exclusive spa, a heated pool, two restaurants, and enchanting event spaces.An oasis of relaxation and refinement in the heart of Tuscany.Descrizione del lavoroIl Night Supervisor sovrintende alla proprietà durante il turno notturno, assicurando accoglienza e assistenza agli ospiti, sicurezza alberghiera e precisione delle operazioni di chiusura giornaliera.Riporta al Front Desk Manager, garantendo la transizione fluida con gli altri dipartimenti e contribuendo a un servizio impeccabile anche durante le ore di notte.Reports to: Front Desk ManagerMain Duties & ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist guests during check-in/check-out throughout the shift; manage in-house guest requests.Supervise the property, managing and monitoring common areas.Accurate handover and reporting of house status or client-specific information.Daily financial closure, verification of transactions, and preparation of end-of-day and next-day reports in accordance with company operational procedures.Cash handling as per operational procedures.Monitor surveillance systems to ensure the safety of guests and staff.Ensure a smooth handover to the morning team by providing all necessary information on activities, guest requests, open issues, or critical situations to maintain service continuity and quality.Ensure compliance with Borgo Pignano's service standards.Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.Qualifiche e RequisitiEnglish: C1, Italian: C2 (A third language is a plus).Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ruolo simile in hotel o resort di lusso (preferibile).Referenze.Competenza nei sistemi di gestione alberghiera (ad esempio Opera Cloud) e Microsoft Office Suite.Flessibilità ad operare in turni, compresi serate, weekend e festività.Citazione UE o permesso di lavoro per cittadini extra UE.OUR OFFERContratto a tempo determinato di 7 mesi a partire da giugno **** secondo CCNL Settore Turismo (Federalberghi).40 ore settimanali su 5 giorni con due giorni di riposo rotativi.Sconto pari al 50% nei ristoranti dei nostri hotel partner.Formazione interna sulle procedure operative e introduzione al circuito Relais & Châteaux.Formazione su valutazione della qualità e normative del settore.Credito welfare basato sulla soddisfazione degli ospiti.Ristorante aziendale.Uniforme e servizio di lavaggio uniformi.Workplace: Via Bolognese, 89 - FirenzeInvia il tuo CV completo di fotografia e di autorizzazione al trattamento dei dati personali in conformità al Regolamento UE n.******** – GDPR e saranno utilizzati esclusivamente per la selezione in corso.L'offerta di lavoro si intende riferita ad entrambi i sessi secondo il disposto delle leggi ****** e ******.Non verranno prese in considerazione candidature che non rispecchino i requisiti richiesti.#J-*****-Ljbffr
