EHS Manager We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety activities at a manufacturing site.The role ensures full compliance with Italian regulations, promotes a safe working environment, and includes responsibility for the Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP) as required by law.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure safe and healthy working conditions for all employees.Maintain compliance with Italian safety and environmental legislation and relevant certifications (e.g., ISO *****).Prepare and update the Risk Assessment Document (DVR) in line with legal requirements.Identify EHS-related training needs and implement training programs.Manage hazardous materials, PPE, and waste handling processes.Conduct inspections, audits, and organize preventive testing of equipment and workplace conditions.Stop production processes when necessary to address serious safety concerns.Maintain and report key EHS performance indicators to site leadership.Ensure emergency preparedness and support fire safety and evacuation procedures.Coordinate with occupational health services and the occupational doctor.Interact with local authorities on EHS matters and manage required operational permits.Develop and manage the site's EHS strategy and related budget.QualificationsMaster's degree in Environment, Health & Safety or Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial) or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience in EHS roles within a manufacturing or multinational environment.RSPP certification required.Knowledge of production processes and Italian legislation (D.Lgs. ***** and D.Lgs. ******).Fluent Italian and English.
