Creative Strategist – EdTech (French fluent)Join to apply for theCreative Strategist – EdTech (French fluent ????)role atParadox ENWhat if your next playground was transforming a massive Personal Brand ecosystem into a global, iconic Company Brand?What about challenging the status quo of an entire industry and building a brand you can be proud of, and that will help millions of people?Then you'll love this.We're not looking for a "Social Media Manager" to follow a calendar.We're looking for aCreative Strategist (Brand & Content).Brand Architect – capable of orchestrating a complex dual-strategy: scaling a personal brand while simultaneously building a standalone Company Brand.Creative Disruptor – opposing best practices to find the purple cow, the angle, or the story no one else dares to tell.Doer with Taste – drives projects from scripting to delivery, ensuring every output meets Paradox's aesthetic and storytelling standards.This is a full-time position, carried out remotely or from our beautiful offices in Dubaï or Lisbon.French and English fluency is required.About ParadoxAt Paradox, we are convinced that greatness is trainable.We want to empower people at scale by leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI, and crafting user experiences with outstanding aesthetics.We do that by merging:Human Intelligence (coaches, peers, and mentors)Structured Intelligence (protocols, mental models, rituals)Technological Intelligence (AI personalization, feedback loops, adaptive journeys)Our BeliefsWe believe self-help is broken.Most learning platforms are used the same way: consuming generic theories, getting quick highs, ending with no real change.At Paradox, people deserve more than content and motivation.They deserve a system that knows them, adapts, challenges, and grows with them.Our VisionWe want to re-invent how people grow.We are building an operating system for greatness that competes with industry leaders while staying grounded in protocols and human focus.Your Mission ??Transform a "Personal Brand" into a "Top-Tier Media".Lead the Content Factory by creative authority and produce content so unique and aligned with our values that it makes our competitors look outdated.4 Major ResponsibilitiesArchitect the "Dual-Brand" Strategy – build a symbiotic strategy where personal and company brands reinforce each other.Propose radical new formats (documentaries, reality shows, conceptual shorts) that shatter the boring codes of the Self-Help industry.Define distinct editorial lines for each platform: Depth & Search for YouTube, Aesthetic & Vibe for Instagram, Authority & Authenticity for LinkedIn.Radical Concepting & End-to-End Delivery – write hooks, storyboard, and ensure final cut matches the vision.Deliver what you pitch – locate, hire, and onboard needed creators (motion designers, drone operators, niche experts).Treat David as the actor on set – oversee scripts, set, direction so he can perform without mental load.Command the Content Factory – lead the internal team, set tempo, culture, and daily standards of excellence.Provide high-level artistic direction and final quality checks; nothing is published unless it meets the Paradox Standard.Challenge the team to upskill – push for sharper cuts, better sound design, stronger visual storytelling.Fuel the Growth Engine – collaborate with the Head of Growth to create conversion-focused assets.Analyze retention, CTR, CPL to iterate—kill what fails and scale what works.Do You Recognize Yourself?ExperienceProven content builder: successfully grown a media brand, YouTube channel, or personal brand to scale (100k+ followers or millions of views).Understands virality and retention mechanics.Editorial leadership: managed a creative team (editors, designers) and knew how feedback could elevate content to masterpiece level.Elite scripting skills: can showcase scripts that performed, respects narrative structure, engages audiences for 20+ minutes.Performance fluency: worked in environments where content drove business results (ads, launches, conversions), not just vanity metrics.PersonalityIntolerant to Mediocrity: imposes taste, fights for detail excellence.Psychology obsessed: studies human nature, asks why people click, share, and what emotion drives them.Doer with Authority: can jump into projects – script, direct, edit – and command respect by competence.No ego, just impact: accepts that even best concepts can flop; analyzes data, pivots immediately, ships new concepts with fresh energy.LanguageFrench: Native / BilingualEnglish: Fluent – can hold conversation on specific details.Our chosen language for written communication is English.It Might Not Be for You?
