We are looking for a Logistics Systems Specialist (WMS Super User) to support and improve our logistics operations.The Warehouse Management System (WMS) is the digital backbone of our warehouse, managing goods movements, tasks organization, and operational efficiency.In this role, you will translate warehouse processes into system setups, support daily operations, and help design new configurations to make our workflows even more efficient.What you'll do:Maintain, configure, and improve the WMS to reflect and support warehouse operationsMonitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvementProvide training and support to warehouse users, ensuring effective system adoptionManage testing and system releases to keep the WMS up to dateAct as the first point of contact for end-user requests, coordinating with the IT Helpdesk to ensure timely issue resolutionWhat we're looking for:Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Analysis degree or similar fieldStrong interest in Logistics and Warehouse OperationsAnalytical mindset and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate with different stakeholdersAbility to work in team and to develop good professional relationshipsExcellent knowledge of Office Suite (mostly Excel and Power BI)English level: B2 or higherKnowledge of SQL language is a plusWe're the team behind the scenes that make the IKEA products available to the many people.As a diverse mix of co-workers we use our supply process expertise to balance range and space capacity with forecasting and ordering to provide customers with high availability while minimizing costs.If you've wonder who's responsible for finding effective and efficient ways of picking up the products for our customers, that's us.We're passionate about working together to improve the customer experience at IKEA#J-*****-Ljbffr
