We are looking for a Director, Payroll Implementation in Italy. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee global payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing across multiple jurisdictions. You will lead a high-performing team, optimize payroll systems, and drive operational excellence while implementing scalable processes to support organizational growth. Acting as a key advisor, you will shape payroll strategy, align operational goals with business objectives, and ensure best-in-class payroll experiences for employees worldwide. This role combines hands-on management with strategic planning in a fast-paced, international environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, proactively identify operational risks, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
