Join Alibaba Group and Make an Impact on Italy's E-commerce LandscapeAre you ready to drive growth and success for our customers on one of the world's most dynamic e-commerce platforms?Alibaba Group is seeking a passionate and results-driven Seller Engagement and Education Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform.Why This Role is Exciting:As a Seller Engagement and Education Specialist, you will be at the heart of Alibaba's mission to revolutionize the e-commerce experience.You will play a crucial role in designing educational content and communication strategies to help Italian sellers not only understand how our platform works, but also how to grow their business within our ecosystem.You will collaborate with various internal teams to improve our platform based on seller feedback, ensuring that out marketplace in Italy is always evolving to meet their needs.Key responsibilities:Responsible for establishing communication and educational materials for sellers in Italy to guide sellers quickly understand platform mechanisms and how to grow business on our platform.Develop and implement effective seller communication & training approaches to promote platform engagementAnalyze seller needs, provide tailored solutions, and assist in resolving operational issues encountered by sellers via training and communicationCollaborate with internal teams to drive product optimization aligning with seller requirementsConduct regular market analysis, stay informed about industry trends, and provide market insights and business recommendations to sellers.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Fluent in Italian and English.Other languages as Chinese is a plus.5+ years of relevant work experience, with a preference for experience in content creation or client education material development and CRM analysis in commercial sectorsFamiliarity with the Italian market, with strong business acumen and market understanding.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of establishing effective relationships with sellers of various sizes via scalable communication ways.Team player, able to coordinate resources across departments to drive project progress.Application Process:Ready to embark on this journey with us?PLEASE SEND US YOUR CV IN ENGLISH AND TELL US WHY YOU'RE A PERFFECT FIT' -
