Neopharmed Gentili SpA, an Italian pharmaceutical company undergoing international expansion is looking for a Treasury Support SpecialistEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe resource will be included within the Treasury Department and will report to the Treasury Manager.The resource will assist with company's daily treasury activities department.Key duties includeAssist on managing and updating cash flow forecastHandling and updating daily cash flow actualHandling cash operations and banking transactions, including recording financial movements in the company ERPOversee the daily cash flow movements to ensure smooth operations and minimize delaysHandling requests to/from the bankUndertake day to day treasury operations including bank account management, mandates, online banking and annual KYC reviewAssist in the timely collection and submission of documentation requested by internal and external auditorsProvide support to remote banking usersHandling Corporate Credit Cards (new requests;cancellations; monthly corporate cards statements)Bank reconciliationsLiaising with key internal stakeholders to support the monthly close processesOther projects and duties as assigned and deemed necessaryExperience and QualificationsDiploma or bachelor's degree in accounting or financeMinimum 2 years of experience in a Treasury DepartmentProficiency in English is a mustExperience with multi-currency transactionsKeen eye for detail, analytical with a questioning mindset and openness to process improvementsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperienced in Microsoft Office, SAP and Remote Banking SystemsWhat we offerEmployment type: permanent full-time contractSmart Working: one day a weekCorporate WelfareAvailability of insertion: immediatelyWorkplace: Azienda Neopharmed Gentili Spa – Via S.G.
