TXT e-Tech del Gruppo TXT è alla ricerca, per ampliamento del suo team, di una figura da inserire come React Developer con almeno due anni di esperienza pregressa come sviluppatore React e React Native.La risorsa ideale oltre che buone capacità di problem-solving e lavoro in team, possiede un solido background nello sviluppo front-end, con un focus sulla creazione di applicazioni user-friendly e applicazioni ad alte prestazioni sia per piattaforme web che mobili.Principali responsabilità:Sviluppo e mantenimento delle applicazioni web e mobili utilizzando React e React Native;Collaborazione con team interfunzionali per definire, progettare e lanciare nuove funzionalità;Ottimizzazione delle applicazioni per massimizzare velocità e scalabilità;Scrittura e revisione del codice;Risoluzione e debug dei problemi, garantendo un'esperienza utente senza interruzioni;Mantenersi aggiornati con le ultime tendenze e tecnologie del settore.Competenze richieste:Esperienza come sviluppatore React e React Native;Competenza in JavaScript, inclusa la sintassi ES6+;Buona conoscenza di HTML5, CSSS3 e tecnologie web correlate;Esperienza con librerie di gestione dello stato (ad esempio Redux e MobX);Familiarità con API RESTful e le librerie di terze parti;Conoscenza di Typescript;Conoscenza di NextJS;Conoscenza dei moderni pipeline e strumenti di sviluppo front-end.Costituiranno un plus:Familiarità con CI/CD e le pratiche DevOps;Conoscenza di ShadCN;Esperienza con framework di test unitari e test end-to-end;Comprensione della metodologia Agile.Perché scegliere TXT Group:Opportunità di carriera in un'azienda in rapida crescita e in profondo cambiamento, con personale giovane e internazionale;Formazione su temi legati all'attività svolta;Corporate Benefits (assicurazione sanitaria, welfare, Ticket Restaurant, scontistiche come dipendente del gruppo);Momenti di Team Building che permettono la creazione di un team coeso e un buon clima di lavoro;Opportunità di contratto a tempo indeterminato, in base alle competenze tecniche emerse da colloquio.Modalità di lavoro ibrida.Posizione aperta a candidature senza distinzione di genere, ai sensi del D.Lgs.********.L'azienda promuove le pari opportunità e valorizza la diversità in tutte le sue forme.
