The CompanyKIKO MILANO was founded in **** in Milan and since then has revolutionized how cosmetics are sold globally.We thrive to offer an incredible variety of products, textures & colours, a multi-sensorial experience in innovative technology yet always at an affordable price.Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aestheticsYour role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for a Fixed Term Sourcing Specialist – Bulk & Assembling to join KIKO MILANO's Sourcing Team, reporting to the Head of sourcing.Such talent is responsible of handling the Bulk & Assembly category suppliers' portfolio and negotiating best purchasing costs for new product launches to concur to the best profitable business opportunities for the Company.In particular, you will :Lead the tenders for the launch of new products with the involved suppliers, in response of Marketing plans.Negotiate the best conditions in terms of timing and pricing with the involved suppliers.Monitor and strategically intervene on spending of reference Category suppliers, to ensure their most sustainable and mutually convenient growthKeep a constant eye on category portfolio's best balance in terms of production capacities and suppliers' potentials and specialties, to make sure involvement of the best players per each new projectMonitor the reference market to scout for new potential supply sources and be the leading guide of their evaluation and onboarding processWhat you will need to succeedDegree in Economics or equivalentMinimum 2-year experience in a similar roleFluent in written and spoken EnglishSolid negotiation and analytical skillsVery good use of ExcelWe would love if you hadA leader-driven approachThinking before acting, innovating, simplifying and delivering resultsPlacing the customer first, driving change and leading by exampleCollaborating, growing expertise and embracing diversityAbility to learn on the jobAbility to manage changeStrong problem-solving skills & detail-orientedHighly collaborative style & willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teamsOpenness to a culture of continuous feedback#J-*****-Ljbffr
