Executive & Operations Assistant Location: Bastiglia, Emilia-Romagna (On-site) Contract Type: Full Time / PermanentTinental is transforming industrial energy efficiency through AI-powered IoT - making machines smarter, cleaner, and more efficient.We help industries reduce waste, improve performance, and operate sustainably at scale.Now we need someone who brings order to momentum.We're hiring an Executive & Operations Assistant to work directly with our CEO and keep the engine of the business running smoothly.This is not a traditional assistant role.You'll combine executive support with operational coordination, CRM management, marketing follow-up, and internal communications.If you're proactive, highly organised, and thrive on variety, this role puts you right at the heart of the action.What You'll Do:Executive Support- Manage the CEO's calendar, emails, calls, and correspondence.- Handle travel arrangements, event logistics, and meeting preparation.- Occasionally represent the CEO at meetings or events in Italy.Operations & CRM- Maintain and update the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups with clients and partners.- Align projects and deliverables across the CEO, CTO, and Project Manager.- Support commercial offers and client communication.Marketing & Communication- Identify opportunities for visibility (events, awards, media features).- Update website and social media channels with news, milestones, and events.- Coordinate with designers or agencies for visual materials.Internal Coordination- Act as the operational link between the CEO and the wider team.- Keep projects organised, priorities clear, and deadlines on track.- Ensure smooth internal communication when the CEO is abroad.What We're Looking For:- Based in or near Modena (this is an on-site role).- Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written).- Highly organised, proactive, and communicative.- Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and basic CMS tools (WordPress/Wix).- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.- Positive, hands-on, and solution-oriented - someone who gets things done.Why Join Us:- Secure your future: permanent contract, competitive salary, and performance bonus- Enjoy daily perks: free company canteen to fuel your day- Grow with us: be part of a fast-paced, ambitious, and expanding company- Thrive in a vibrant team: collaborate with a diverse, dynamic, and innovation-driven team- Shape your career: clear path for growth and professional developmentSalary: €34,000 - €40,000 (dependent on experience)Travel: Occasional trips within ItalyWe're building a high-performance team of thinkers and builders who value autonomy, depth, and excellence.At Tinental, your growth is central to our mission.We believe in transparency, meritocracy, and continuous learning - where contribution matters more than credentials.You'll have clear paths to mastery, mentorship, and structured career levels across technical, managerial, and specialist tracks.
