Posizione: AIT Mechanical Operations EngineerSede: RomaPer azienda leader nel settore aerospaziale, Manpower ricerca unAIT Mechanical Operations Engineerda inserire nel team dedicato all'assemblaggio e integrazione meccanica di sistemi satellitari.Responsabilità principali:Esecuzione delle attività di integrazione meccanica di hardware di volo a livello di sottosistema e sistema.Installazione di cablaggi DC e RF (crimpatura, saldatura, wrapping, connessione).Installazione di sensori meccanici e termici (accelerometri, estensimetri, termocoppie, riscaldatori).Supporto alle fasi di integrazione elettrica tramite setup meccanico (cavi DC/RF, guide d'onda, carichi RF).Utilizzo e manutenzione delle attrezzature di supporto meccanico (MGSE).Redazione di procedure di integrazione meccanica e supporto alla progettazione in ottica di ingegneria concorrente.Conduzione autonoma delle operazioni di test e integrazione.Esecuzione di processi tecnologici AIT (incollaggio, crimpatura, saldatura, riparazione specchi, bonding).Supporto ai reparti logistica e qualità (ispezioni, spedizioni, packaging).Utilizzo di sistemi gestionali (SAP MRP, MES).Requisiti:Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica, Aerospaziale o equivalente.Conoscenza dell'architettura e dei requisiti meccanici di un sistema spaziale.Esperienza nei processi di integrazione meccanica AIT e nell'uso di strumenti di laboratorio.Certificazioni ESA/NASA: crimpatura, saldatura, cablaggi coassiali, gestione harness.Certificazioni per la gestione di sostanze chimiche e gas, uso gru e piattaforme aeree.Conoscenza di ambienti Windows, CATIA, CATIA Composer, SAP.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.Disponibilità a lavorare su turni (doppi/tripli), nei weekend e durante le festività.Disponibilità a trasferte all'estero di lunga durata.Come candidarsi:Inviare il proprio CV aggiornato tramite il portale Manpower, indicando il riferimento "AIT Mechanical Operations Engineer – Roma".Annuncio valido fino a: 01-Sep-****
