G-nous is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join its Bari office as part of the activities carried out for its client, the European Space Agency (ESA).The intern will collaborate on data collection, analysis, and visualization, contributing to the development of analytical models and automated solutions that drive efficiency and data-informed decision-making.This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis.ActivitiesAnalysis of business processes and related information systemsCollection of user requirementsCollection, organization, and cleaning of data from different sourcesDevelopment of interactive dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)Design and preparation of data models to support analysis and reportingSupport in the definition and monitoring of KPIsAutomation of analyses and reporting using data science tools and scripts (e.g., Python, R, Power Automate)Support in testing and validation activities of implemented solutionsPreparation of project documentation, operational manuals, and presentation materialsPresentation of results to the clientRequirementsUndergraduate or recent graduate in STEM disciplines or StatisticsProficient in English (minimum B2 level, both written and spoken)Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPointInterest in data analysis, data visualization, and data scienceStrong teamwork skills, problem-solving attitude and analytical mindsetAttention to detail, ability to multitask and results-oriented approachLegal residency in ItalyNice to haveGood knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulationFamiliarity with Python or R for data analysis and automationUnderstanding of data cleansing, pre processing and data modellingFamiliarity with the Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)Career Growth and DevelopmentOn-the-job trainingOpportunity for professional growth in an innovative and international environmentContract type6-month extracurricular full-time internshipPossibility of subsequent employment with the companyLocation: Bari
