Overview Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.InPost is a leading player in the business to consumer parcel delivery market.In Poland, they are successfully redesigning the last mile for e-commerce as the market leader.InPost covers the Italian market with a network of 5,000 PUDOs (Pick Up and Drop Off points) and 45,000 fully automated parcel lockers (that are accessible 24 / 7) enabling customers to collect, send and return parcels at their earliest convenience.The aim is to continue scaling InPost in the Italian market in a similarly rapid trajectory to that of Integer's Polish home market.Our constantly expanding location / host partners include major supermarkets, petrol stations, rail operator sites, subways and shopping centres.We're passionate about our mission and products and our People are the reason we succeed.We're looking for people with drive and curiosity, who will join us in re-writing the normPosition SummaryWe are looking for a Learning & Development Expert ready to take on the challengeThe ideal candidate needs to have experience in managing training projects and optimizing interprofessional funds.The role involves designing and coordinating development programs, ensuring access to funding for continuous training and proper reporting.The profile should promote a corporate culture focused on continuous learning and skills development, while maintaining a strong focus on cost optimization and process efficiency.Main ResponsibilitiesAnalyze training needs and define development plans aligned with company strategies.Design and coordinate training courses (onboarding, soft skills, digital, compliance, etc.).Manage the entire cycle of funded projects : from applying to interprofessional fund calls (e.g., Fondimpresa, Fondirigenti, FonARCom) to reporting.Coordinate with the Group L&D team on international projects.Collaborate with suppliers and accredited institutions for course delivery.Update and manage content on the LMS platform.Design, schedule, and directly manage training and development courses dedicated to InPost Italy's management.Coordinate coaching programs for the leadership team.Collaborate with the Group Learning & Development team on international training and development projects.Prepare reports (KPIs, budget, project progress).Promote the culture of funded training within the organization.RequirementsDegree in Human Resources, Training, Economics, or related fields.3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on interprofessional funds and training calls.Experience in designing and developing training courses and delivering them personally.Knowledge of regulations on funded training and reporting processes.Ability to manage suppliers.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of LMS and digital tools.Other languages are a plus.Nice to HaveExperience with e-learning platforms and innovative methodologies (microlearning, gamification).Certifications in L&D or Project Management would be considered a plus.Familiarity with audit and compliance processes for funded projects.Proactive ability to work remotely.Key CharacteristicsProactive : identifies funding opportunities and optimizes resources.Analytical : manages budgets, KPIs, and reporting with precision.Collaborative : works in teams and coordinates internal and external stakeholders.Growth-Oriented : promotes a culture of continuous learning.Why Choosing InPost?Multinational environmentFlexible, creative, vibrant working environmentContribute to the creation of responsible and sustainable logisticsJoin a team of passionate, skilled, and motivated individualsJob DetailsSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionHuman ResourcesTransportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage#J-*****-Ljbffr
