Role Description In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders in the medical community.You will play a pivotal role in supporting the company's medical strategy and ensuring the accurate and ethical dissemination of medical information.This function will be key in supporting the Head of Medical Affairs in the growth of the Medical Affairs function and support the development of the companies scientific standing, they will therefore operate in both a strategic and operational capacity.Key ResponsibilitiesKOL EngagementIdentify, engage, and build strong relationships with key opinion leaders in the medical community.Collaborate with KOLs to gather insights, feedback, and ensure their understanding of the company's products and therapeutic areas.Ensure regular customer contact throughout one-to-one meetings, electronic platform, group meeting, scientific meetings and symposia as necessary.Represent Company to health authorities and medical professionals as and when required.Active participation in medical scientific meetings, training and scientific advisory boards as required.Medical EducationConduct educational programs for healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other relevant stakeholders.Provide training on product knowledge, clinical data, and relevant scientific information.Serve as a scientific resource for internal teams, providing expertise on medical and clinical aspects of the company/partner's products.Scientific SupportStay abreast of the latest developments in medical science and therapeutic areas relevant to the company/partners.Align product strategy with best clinical practice and guidelines.Understand and describe patient journey in the key hospitals highlighting the key drivers and barriers to achieve Clinigen goals.Clinical Trials Support and Medical Information DisseminationCollaborate with clinical operations teams to support the planning and execution of clinical trials.Provide input into study protocols, investigator brochures, and other clinical documents.Ensure accurate and ethical dissemination of medical information to healthcare professionals.Respond to medical inquiries and provide information in compliance with regulatory guidelines.Lead the planning and development for the Product medical planContribute to the formulation of product strategy and life cycle developmentDevelop content and communicate up to date and factually based scientific/medical communication messaging and content to ensure the safe and correct use of Clinigen/partners productsEnsure all product communications remain compliant, can be factually supported and aligned with local guidelines at all times.In collaboration with Medical Information support the material and communication sign off procedure.Develop, maintain and deliver training materials for assigned product/therapy area to all relevant internal and external staff membersSupport and where necessary lead product team meetingsCross-functional CollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and sales, to integrate medical strategies into broader business plans.Participate in internal meetings to share medical insights and contribute to strategic discussions.Collaborate with other Business Units to provide medical support and insights as needed.Contribute to the development and execution of cross-functional initiatives that align with the overall business goals.Collaborate and align effort with internal stakeholders to engage with key institutions/HCPs including partnership with commercial and market access when neededSupport BD teams in screening opportunities and collecting information from KOLsRequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline (medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related field).Strong knowledge of therapeutic areas relevant to the company, haematology, oncology.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders.Understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines related to medical affairs activities.BenefitsCompetitive salaryDiscretionary BonusAnnual salary reviewRecognition scheme & employee of the year awardsInterested?We would love to hear from you, please apply today for consideration.#J-*****-Ljbffr
