International Company specializing in investments in Renewable EnergyWe are seeking a Senior Investment Analyst for our Investment Team.Role OverviewThe role involves collaborating with senior colleagues throughout all stages of the investment lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Modelling and Analysis:Develop, manage, and analyze financial models for greenfield and operational solar projects across Europe;Perform quarterly, semi-annual, and annual valuation of fund portfolios;Contribute to and review fund valuation models.Investment Support:Assist in preparing and submitting offers on portfolios;Support due diligence processes for M&A activities;Review and negotiate project documentation, including share purchase agreements, power purchase agreements, EPCs, and O&M contracts;Monitor ongoing investment performance.Business Development:Analyze portfolio optimization opportunities;Monitor sector news and industry trends;Research new markets and emerging technologies such as storage;Conduct competitor analysis.Qualifications, Skills, and ExperienceAt least 2 years of experience in Investment or Financing;BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering;Knowledge of investment lifecycle, renewable energy, and financial modeling;Background in renewable energy;Strong financial and analytical skills;Excellent communication skills in Italian and English;Effective time management;Willingness to travel extensively.Offer DetailsPermanent contract with a salary package commensurate with experience and skills.Compliance with CCNL Commercio.Flexible working arrangements available.#J-*****-Ljbffr
