Hardware Engineer – Circuit DesignLa tua nuova aziendaHays Solutions, società multinazionale quotata al London Stock Exchange, offre servizi di consulenza in ambito Engineering e IT, supportando il progresso tecnologico delle aziende e delle persone attraverso soluzioni innovative e ad alto valore aggiunto.Per un nostro cliente attivo nel settore dell'Intelligenza Artificiale, ricerchiamo un Hardware Engineer – Circuit Design.Responsabilità chiaveArchitettura di sistema: definizione dell'architettura di riferimento per prodotti basati su acceleratori AI Axelera e schede di calcolo ARM/x86, guidando le decisioni tecniche a supporto della differenziazione competitiva del prodotto.Progettazione schematica: traduzione delle architetture in schemi elettrici dettagliati, coordinando team interni e fornitori per garantire soluzioni affidabili e conformi agli standard.Progettazione avanzata delle schede: collaborazione con i team di Silicio, Layout, Meccanica, Termica e Validazione per ottimizzare progetti digitali ad alta velocità (LPDDR4+, PCIe 3.0+) e Power Delivery Network complesse (1 V, alta corrente), assicurando un corretto bilanciamento tra Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, prestazioni termiche e producibilità.Selezione dei componenti: individuazione e scelta dei componenti chiave (regolatori, processori, memorie, interfacce), bilanciando prestazioni, costi e vincoli di supply chain, in collaborazione con fornitori e team di Sourcing.Verifica e test: supervisione delle simulazioni SI/PI e delle attività di validazione in laboratorio, con gestione dell'analisi delle cause radice e definizione delle azioni correttive.Leadership tecnica: mentoring verso gli ingegneri e coordinamento dello sviluppo cross-funzionale tra team hardware, silicio, software, meccanica, termica e prodotto.Documentazione: redazione di specifiche tecniche, piani di test e report, con presentazione di concetti e risultati a stakeholder interni e clienti.Innovazione: monitoraggio delle tecnologie emergenti in ambito GPU, AI e schede di calcolo e promozione di metodologie avanzate di progettazione orientate alla differenziazione del prodotto.Prototipazione: sviluppo di prototipi e Proof of Concept (PoC) tramite partner EMS, a supporto della validazione delle scelte architetturali.Competenze tecniche richiesteProblem solving e analisi: spiccata capacità di analizzare e risolvere problematiche hardware complesse, con un approccio strutturato al debug e all'analisi delle cause radice, anche attraverso l'applicazione di metodologie DOE (Design of Experiments).Autonomia e organizzazione: elevato livello di autonomia operativa nella gestione delle attività progettuali, con capacità di gestire più progetti in parallelo rispettando tempi, priorità e obiettivi.Formazione ed esperienzaLaurea Magistrale (MSc) in Ingegneria ElettricaAlmeno 10 anni di esperienza nella progettazione di circuiti elettronici e sistemi hardware complessiEsperienza di leadership tecnica nello sviluppo di: GPU, Acceleratori di Intelligenza Artificiale, Schede di calcolo ARM/x86Comprovata esperienza nella consegna end-to-end di prodotti complessiAltre informazioniPossibilità di lavorare uffici in Italia (Milano o Firenze)Possibilità di lavorare completamente da remoto dall'ItaliaCome candidarsiI candidati di ambo i sessi, dopo aver visionato l'informativa obbligatoria sulla privacy sul sito, sono invitati a inviare il proprio CV in formato Word, indicando il riferimento della posizione *******] .
