Managing smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures in line with luxury standardsHandling billing, payments (cash, credit cards, direct billing), and ensuring accuracy at all timesHandling incoming calls, messages, and guest correspondence with professionalism and discretionCoordinating closely with Concierge, Housekeeping, and Engineering to ensure seamless service deliveryEnsuring clear shift handovers and continuity of serviceDiploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (preferred)Minimum 1–2 years of Front Office or Guest Relations experience in a four or five-star luxury hotelFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a strong advantageProficiency with hotel PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio or similar) and Microsoft OfficeA genuine passion for luxury hospitality and guest service excellenceBased on San Clemente Island , Venice (daily boat transfers required)Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak periodsOpportunity to work in one of Europe's most prestigious luxury resorts• Continuous training and professional development• Ready to be part of an exceptional luxury hospitality experience?
