in harmonizing customer data across various systems, ensuring flawless data integration and flow.You'll expertly handle event data, using tools like Lambda functions to transform and enrich these events for maximum impact.Collaborate with dynamic teams to enhance customer engagement strategies using leading platforms such as Braze.Your keen insight into industry trends and best practices will Integration and Syncinga) Sync customer data across multiple systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.b) Implement and manage data pipelines to support seamless data integration.c) Monitor data flows to identify and resolve any issues promptly.d) Understand Braze's main data ingestion capabilities and how they can be leveraged by the data architecture.-Event Data Managementa) Work with event data to capture and analyze customer interactions across various touchpoint.b) Develop and manage lambda functions to transform and enrich event data in real-time.c) Ensure event data is accurately captured and stored for analysis and reporting purposes.- Customer Engagement Optimization through Brazea) Work through the system restrictions in order to power Customer Engagement personalization and triggers in Braze.b) Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize customer engagement strategies using platforms like Braze.c) Leverage customer data to identify opportunities for personalized marketing and engagement.d) Provide actionable insights to drive customer engagement and retention.e) You will have appetite for learning about Data Warehouses (Snowflake specifically) and how they can be leveraged to strengthen the customer experience proposition through Braze.- Collaboration and Supporta) Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and marketing professionals, to align on data strategies and implementation.b) Provide technical support and guidance to team members on best practices for data integration and event data management.c) You will always be on the lookout for ways our clients can improve their current data stack and either be more efficient or have more impact on our work.d) Align with the internal Snowflake and CRM team to align on the data plan and therefore power the Braze platform in the most efficient way possible.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.- 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, CDP Consultant or similar role- 4+ years of experience working with Python- 2+ years of experience working with one or more cloud platforms ( AWS, Azure or GCP)- Strong knowledge of data integration and syncing techniques.- Experience working with event data and developing lambda functions.- Experience working with Git and CI/CD tools.- Familiarity with customer engagement platforms like Braze, Saleforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot or similar tools.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.( Experience working in an agency setting or working with external clientsPreferred Qualifications:- Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.- Understanding of data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).- Experience working in Scrum.During the process, please note the following requirements and preparations:- Massive Rocket has aBring
