About Basso Bikes Basso Bikes is a premier manufacturer of high-performance bicycles, founded by Alcide Basso in ****.Rooted in family tradition, the brand upholds a relentless commitment to the continuous pursuit of the perfect ride on road and gravel.Every bike is born in Bassano del Grappa, Italy, where craftsmanship meets heritage.Basso is part of the Stardue Group, a private company dedicated to cycling innovation.We deliver exceptional products that resonate with enthusiasts worldwide.LocationThis position is based at the Basso Bikes headquarters in San Zenone degli Ezzelini, Treviso, Italy.Role and MissionAs the Events and Ambassador Program Manager, you will work in the marketing office to amplify Basso's visibility across Europe and the United States.Your key tasks involve building high-level relationships with athletes and brand ambassadors and executing impactful events in key markets.Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Management & Brand ActivationPlan, coordinate, and execute engaging Basso events (e.g., expos, consumer demo rides, and key consumer experiences) in line with marketing goals.Organize data collection and lead generation activities to capture valuable customer insights.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless event logistics.Evaluate events using defined KPIs, provide detailed reports, and recommend continuous improvements.Athlete & Ambassador Program LeadershipIdentify, recruit, and manage athletes and brand ambassadors aligned with our marketing strategy.Develop high-level relationships to amplify brand awareness and engagement.Create and implement activation strategies tailored to specific regions and demographics.Performance Analysis & ReportingTrack and analyze event and athlete/ambassador activation metrics.Prepare regular reports and strategic insights to support data-driven decision making.Required QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of proven experience in event management and ambassador/athlete program management, preferably within activewear, cycling, or outdoor industry.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2 level).Strong project management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.Passion for cycling and familiarity with the cycling community.What We OfferCompetitive salary commensurate with experience.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Access to employee discounts on Basso Bikes products.Join the Basso Bikes team and play a central role in shaping the future of our brand, fostering meaningful connections with cyclists across Europe.Apply today to be part of our exciting journey.Additional InformationSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: OtherIndustries: Sporting Goods Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
