currently looking for a HPC Technical Consultant with a strong experience in Linux system administration, as well as HPC core technologies including compute, networking, storage, job schedulers, and management tools.The main responsibility of the HPC Technical Consultant is to monitor and contribute to the achievement of contractual SLA in terms of availability, stability and performance.Typical ResponsibilitiesIn a typical day as a HPC Service Delivery Consultant, you would:Qualify, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents with the right level of autonomy and expertiseIncrease autonomy and expertise of the HPE hardware team involved in repairs and maintenance tasksWork with HPE level 3 support and engineering teams to diagnose complex issues and implement resolution actionsInteract with third parties involved in the overall HPC solution: Red Hat, AMD, Intel, Nvidia, SchedMD, ...Collaborate with the Customer sysadmin and support teamsManage the customer relationship, including verbal & written communicationWe Are Looking For An Experienced IT ProfessionalExpert level knowledge and willingness to learnUnderstanding, at a detailed level, all architectural dependencies of technologies in the customer's IT environmentShowing an analytical mindsetCommitted to deliver the service as expected by the Customer, and to meet contractual SLAGood at partnering, innovating, and continual improvementAble to speak Italian and English, with good verbal and written communication skillsYour Technical SkillsStrong Linux system expertise, with good experience with distribution
