The RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner / Functional Analyst (mid-level) to join our team.The selected candidate will act as the link between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and translated into actionable deliverables.A strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude are essential.Good command of English, both written and spoken, is required to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders and produce documentation in English.ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from stakeholders.Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Collaborate closely with development, QA, and design teams to ensure alignment on requirements.Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business priorities with technical feasibility.Support stakeholders in understanding system functionalities and processes.Actively participate in workshops, sprint reviews, backlog refinement, and planning sessions.Perform functional testing and validate delivered features against requirements.Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and communication practices.Requirements2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst.Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (preferably in Agile/Scrum environments).Ability to elicit, document, and validate requirements using structured methods.Experience in writing user stories, use cases, and functional documentation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Good knowledge of English (B2–C1), both spoken and written.Familiarity with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, etc.).QualificationExperience in data-driven projects, CRM, or digital platforms.Knowledge of SQL or ability to work with basic data queries.Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and customer journey mapping.Previous experience working with distributed or international teams.Knowledge of Azure DevOps.Job Type and Salaryfull timeAbout usAt Hyntelo, we build and develop AI-based software solutions and products to support clients answer key business questions.Our international team develops cutting-edge software to store, process, analyze and visualize data to automatically generate insights.Hyntelo is committed to hiring and growing international, exceptional talents driven by strong ambition and motivation.Our highly-selective team operates with an innovative product development philosophy of high inter-disciplinary interaction and tech contribution at every level.Working with us means to challenge and to be challenged, to create, and to innovate.Being passionate about things we do is a fundamental ingredient of our job - without passion and commitment, you will find what we're doing too difficult.
