Consulente HR di Adecco, ricerca per società di gestione di strutture per servizi alla persona, un / una Energy Manager. La risorsa avrà un ruolo chiave nella definizione delle strategie energetiche aziendali e nel miglioramento dell'efficienza delle strutture gestite. Responsabilità Principali Definizione dei budget di consumo energetico e monitoraggio dei risultati; Mappatura dei processi e dei sistemi delle strutture attive per individuare opportunità di efficientamento; Supporto alle scelte tecniche e progettuali di nuove strutture, definendo standard aziendali e le migliori soluzioni energetiche, in collaborazione con team esterni; Promozione di un approccio orientato alla sostenibilità e all'innovazione. Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria, Energia o discipline Ambientali; Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo di Energy Manager o come consulente in ambito energetico; Disponibilità a spostamenti per circa 30% del tempo sul territorio lombardo (BG / BS / MN); Approccio proattivo, visione strategica e passione per la sostenibilità ambientale.
