As a Mechanical Design Analysis Engineer, you will contribute to the design and development of products, solutions, and systems, including activities related to the technical improvement of existing products and components. ResponsibilitiesExecute the stress analysis that meet business standards, practices and procedures and the product / program requirementsRecommend approach to meet the technical and program requirementsSupport formulation and implementation of plans to achieve technical requirements, schedules and contract commitmentsDevelop action plans to anticipate and respond to problemsSupport design engineers to find best design solutions for mechanical arrangementsAssure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and / or tasks consistent with engineering policies and proceduresMonitor and report project status, business issues and significant developments to design teamParticipate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviewsQualifications / RequirementsMaster\'s Degree in Mechanical / Aeronautical EngineeringExperience in aeronautical engineeringExperience with FEM Tools (Ansys, Nastran)Strong technical attitude and problem solving skillsAbility to prioritize the working tasksFluent both Italian and EnglishWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is requiredDesired CharacteristicsCapable to work in multicultural environment, preferable previous international experiencePrevious proven experience in Stress AnalysisKnowledge of CAD design tools (preferable NX & Teamcenter)Strong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsWhat We OfferSmart working and work life-balance– Avio Aero, when possible, promotes hybrid work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
