Join to apply for the Quality Engineer role at Data4.Data4 creates Smart & Scalable digital facilities for our customers.Our network of highly connected, resilient and sustainable data center campuses underpins our customers' digital growth in Europe.Data4 Group finances, designs, constructs and operates its own data centers, providing secure, scalable and high-performance hosting solutions.About The RoleAs a Quality Engineer, you will report to the QA/QC Lead.You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System for the Design and Construction department, participate in defining and implementing processes from the ground up, and contribute to the creation of sustainable data centers.ResponsibilitiesManage quality documentation.Conduct internal quality audits and follow up on visits/audits carried out by third parties.Identify opportunities for improvement and best practices to be shared among countries.Participate in continuous improvement projects.Prepare and deliver high-quality reports to management and clients on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.Lead lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement processes.Responsibilities in terms of IMS CertificationsRespect and enforce health and safety rules.Respect and enforce environmental policies.Respect and enforce information security policies.Respect and enforce the policy of reducing energy consumption.RequirementsEducation and ExperienceMaster's degree in engineering, with 3–5 years of technical experience.Solid experience in quality management.Previous experience in industry, oil & gas, data centers, or construction companies is mandatory.Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of ISO **** series standards; auditing experience required.Must be qualified as a lead auditor.Knowledge of problem-solving and risk-management techniques.Excellent writing skills.Lean Six Sigma knowledge, experience, or certification is a plus.Behavioral SkillsFluent in English.Demonstrates confidentiality, integrity, and ethics.Proactive in proposing ideas.Strong leadership; effective team player.Attitude and interpersonal skills aligned with sustainable development principles.Highly disciplined, organized, and analytical.Ability to communicate effectively and interact with all stakeholders.Good listening skills.Effective teacher and communicator.Proactive and persuasive.Resilient under stress.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionQuality AssuranceIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting#J-*****-Ljbffr
