Overview Il Gruppo Zegna è alla ricerca di una risorsa che entri a far parte del team Maglieria presso lo stabilimento produttivo di Verrone (Biella).La risorsa dovrà realizzare prototipi, size-set e master di produzione in maglia sia nello stabilimento produttivo del Gruppo sia presso terzisti, garantendo il rispetto degli standard metodologici / qualitativi e rispettando i tempi definiti per la consegna.Attività legate al ruoloGovernare il processo in tutte le fasi di realizzazione, dal filato alla maglia finita.Verificare le tecniche di tessitura, rimaglio e di cucito individuando eventuali difetti.Gestire la relazione con i reparti interni, il CAD, il Brand ed i terzisti, garantendo il rispetto delle tempistiche di consegna e la buona qualità del prodotto.Definire gli standard qualitativi del capo finito intervenendo nella risoluzione di problematiche di metodo ed esecuzione.Gestione ed aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica.Competenze richiesteConoscenza di materia prima, tessitura e maglia.Comprensione delle logiche produttive industriali.Spiccate capacità di problem solving ed attenzione al dettaglio.Buone doti negoziali ed assertività.Buone doti relazionali e di comunicazione.Autonomia e capacità di lavorare per obiettivi.Conoscenza pacchetto Office e Outlook.Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi.Disponibilità a trasferte.#J-*****-Ljbffr
