investment cycle.How you will contributeWe are growing and continue to expand our established team in Milan, we are looking to hire an Associate / Senior Associate with experience in Transactions Advisory or Audit and who can support the Transactions Advisory team on Italian and pan European projects.As part of our highly skilled team, the successful individual will;Join a growing team with of multi-disciplinary teams in Italy and across geographies and build broad international deal experienceGain exposure to senior members of the team in Italy and internationally gaining 'on the job learning & development in addition to established formal training programmesUse the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, in addition to analysing the key drivers and valuation considerations that drive a transactionWork alongside A&M's operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence & wider deal the broader business.QualificationsExperience in Transaction Services (financial due diligence) at a Big 4 firm is essentialA strong academic record and professional qualifications are helpfulNative
