Green Media Lab è una media relation e digital company in costante crescita, con progetti attivi sia a livello nazionale che internazionale.Collaboriamo con brand di rilievo sviluppando strategie e attività di comunicazione, PR, digital, ESG ed eventi.La nostra missione è supportare i clienti nel raggiungimento dei loro obiettivi di business, rafforzando reputazione e posizionamento sul mercato attraverso progetti innovativi, integrati e ad alto impatto.Siamo alla ricerca di un/una PR Manager talentuoso/a, pronto/a a fare la differenzaSe possiedi una forte passione per le relazioni pubbliche, creatività innata e desideri contribuire alla crescita dell'immagine dei nostri clienti e della nostra agenzia, potresti essere la persona giusta per noi.Responsabilità PrincipaliConsolidare la relazione con i clienti, seguendone l'operatività day-by-day e fungendo da loro punto di riferimento per le attività di comunicazione.Costruire e mantenere rapporti solidi con media, influencer e community rilevanti.Creare contenuti che rispecchino i valori dell'agenzia e dei clienti.Organizzare eventi PR di impatto, come conferenze stampa, viaggi stampa o experience.Supportare la stesura e l'implementazione di media adv plan.Monitorare la copertura mediatica e redigere report dettagliati per valutare il successo delle azioni di PR.Partecipare attivamente alla gestione delle crisi, garantendo comunicazioni tempestive e precise.Collaborare con l'Head of PR e con le unit aziendali per creare e implementare strategie di comunicazione allineate agli obiettivi dei clienti e dell'agenzia.Formare e gestire un team, monitorando flussi e carichi e promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro positivo e produttivo.RequisitiAlmeno 4/5 anni di esperienza in agenzie di comunicazione, con un comprovato track record in ruoli come PR manager o simili.Solide relazioni con i media, un'agenda di contatti strategici e una comprovata esperienza nel gestire relazioni a livelli decisionali.Capacità di coordinare un team e assegnare obiettivi e tempistiche di progetto.Esperienza nella gestione di clienti lifestyle.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.Esperienza sui temi di sostenibilità (considerata un plus).Ogni persona che fa domanda per entrare a far parte di Green Media lab riceve pari opportunità di lavoro, si sente inclusa e rispettata indipendentemente da razza, colore, religione, sesso, identità o espressione di genere, orientamento sessuale, stato civile, origine nazionale, disabilità o età.
