Overview Boutique travel agency specializzata nel creare viaggi di lusso personalizzati.Sede a Roma Centro.AziendaBoutique travel agency specializzata nel creare viaggi di lusso personalizzati.OffertaResponsabilità- Contattare i lead e raccogliere i dati dei clienti e degli itinerari attraverso un'interazione proattiva.- Utilizzare tutti i canali di comunicazione per garantire un eccellente livello di coinvolgimento dei clienti.- Identificare gli interessi e comprendere le esigenze dei viaggiatori per offrire la soluzione più adatta.- Sviluppare itinerari ed esperienze personalizzate garantendo un servizio di alto livello.- Interfacciarsi e raccogliere dati dai fornitori, in collaborazione con il team di Prodotto.- Proporre e vendere attivamente servizi ed esperienze aggiuntive ai clienti.- Collaborare con il team Operations per la gestione logistica dell'itinerario.- Raccogliere, inserire ed elaborare dati relativi a clienti, pagamenti e itinerari.Competenze ed esperienzaRequisiti:- Pregressa esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel settore del lusso, preferibilmente nelle vendite di viaggi di lusso.- Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese, certificata a livello C1.- Passione per il mondo del turismo e ottima conoscenza del territorio italiano.- Ottime capacità comunicative, ed esperienza nelle vendite con clienti di alto profilo.- Ottima capacità di lavorare per obiettivi sia individuali che di squadra.- Padronanza di MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint e competenze informatiche base.- Disponibilità a lavorare nel weekend e fare trasferte occasionali.Completa l'offertaOttima opportunità di carriera.#J-*****-Ljbffr
