not bad right?About the RoleThe People Operations Specialist is the go-to person for all things people.They're passionate about creating a positive, seamless experience for our team and ensuring everything in the People function runs smoothly.From managing the day-to-day employee lifecycle to keeping our processes running effortlessly, and supporting company or team events, they're at the heart of making our workplace thrive.They'll play a key role in championing operational excellence, compliance, and, most importantly, engagement across the organisation.What will you do in the role?Onboarding & OffboardingLead a seamless global onboarding experience for new joiners, managing everything from scheduling and communications to system access and equipment.Oversee pre-boarding administration for all new hires, including drafting and issuing offer letters and employment contracts, coordinating reference and background checks and ensuring right-to-work documentation is complete in every location.Lead the employee offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and delivering actionable insights to strengthen employee engagement.Employee EngagementLead and continually improve all People Operations processes -
