Randstad Finance Talent Selection è la specialty che si occupa di Ricerca & Selezione di professionisti qualificati in ambito economico e finanziario.Per importante compagnia assicurativa multinazionale stiamo ricercando un Employee Benefits Assistant Underwriter – contratto tempo determinato di 12 mesi Sede di lavoro : Milano.Modalità Ibrida RAL *****K In ambito Health, ricerchiamo un candidato che avrà il compito di gestire le attività collegate all'attività assuntiva, di gestione del portafoglio e di sviluppo dei progetti in capo alla funzione EB UW Accident & Health.Responsabilità Supporto al team assuntivo per la gestione di trattative EB Health/Accident (rischi standard e tailor made) necessari a raggiungere gli obiettivi di piano di top line Avviare il processo di emissione delle polizze e mantenere aggiornata la relativa documentazione e archivio Supporto al team assuntivo per sviluppare e gestire in maniera profittevole il portafoglio al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi di piano di earnings Gestire il rapporto con la rete distributiva della Compagnia fornendo supporto sui prodotti, sul processo di assunzione e sul sistema di gestione Agire da collegamento con altre Direzioni, con l'obiettivo di facilitare la risoluzione o l'accelerazione delle richieste Contribuire all'esecuzione di progetti strategici relativi all'ambito EB Il ruolo prevede costanti relazioni con le strutture interne, in particolare Attuariato/Offerta, Distribuzione, Risk Management Requisiti Laurea specialistica in Economia / Giurisprudenza Interesse per l'ambito assicurativo EB È richiesta preferibilmente un'esperienza precedente in ruolo analogo Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e Power Point Soft skills: Spiccate doti relazionali Team working Proattività -- La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.******).Ti preghiamo di leggere l'informativa sulla privacy ai sensi dell'art.13 del Regolamento (UE) ******** sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR) sul sito
