(NYSE: AYI) is a market-leading industrial technology company.We use technology to solve problems in spaces, light and more things to come.Through our two business segments, Acuity Brands Lighting (ABL) and Acuity Intelligent Spaces (AIS), we design, manufacture, and bring to market products and services that make a valuable difference in people's lives.We achieve growth through the development of innovative new products and services, including lighting, lighting controls, building management solutions, and an audio, video and control platform.We focus on customer outcomes and drive growth and productivity to increase market share and deliver superior returns.We look to aggressively deploy capital to grow the business and to enter attractive new verticals.Acuity Inc. is based in Atlanta, Georgia, with operations across North America, Europe and Asia.The Company is powered by approximately 13,000 dedicated and talented associates.Visit us atTo strengthen our EMEA Sales team, we are looking for a full-time:Sales Manager - Spain/Italy (m/w/d)Responsibilities:As a key member of the European sales team, this role is responsible for planning and executing the growth of Q-SYS across Southern Europe.Working closely with internal stakeholders and appointed channel partners, the position focuses on expanding market presence, accelerating adoption, and delivering sustainable regional performance.Your RoleDesign and implement, in collaboration with the Senior Sales Manager, a strategic business plan that expands Q-SYS market share within the agreed channel accounts and/or territory, including alignment on regional priorities and go-to-market focus.Developing and manage key relationships with senior stakeholders, including liaison with appointed distributors, external business development resources, and internal customer-facing teams.Maintain and develop the company CRM database – including but not limited to opportunities, pipeline management, activity input, communications, and contact and account records.Deliver agreed business results, including product mix and focus, in line with approved budgets and regional objectives.Respond to and follow up enquiries within a defined period by telephone, videocall, email, and in-person visits.In conjunction with the product development teams, participate in market research, competitor and customer surveys.Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.Attend industry training and develop relevant knowledge and skills to enhance performanceMonitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.Qualifications:Preferred Skills & ExperienceEducation to degree level or qualification in an industry relevant field is preferredExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form strong working relationships quicklyWell organised to manage conflicting prioritiesNatural intellect with a high level of emotional intelligenceHighly motivated and results oriented - driven to succeedConfident with excellent influencing skillsProfessionally presented with natural gravitasExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Fluent English language skills (both verbal and written)Fluent Spanish or Italian language (both verbal and writtenMust have proven consultative sales experienceExperience in proposing audio visual or IT infrastructure services is vitalProven experience selling solutions within the distribution or direct sales channelsDemonstration of an understanding of indirect sales channels is desirableExperience with Salesforce CRM sales forecasting and tracking (or equivalent CRM) is desirableWe OfferA diverse role in a highly successful international companyCollaborative and inclusive work environment.Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and projectsAn engaged and culturally diverse environment driven by shared and strong valuesHave we aroused your interest?Please apply online.We look forward to receiving your application#J-*****-Ljbffr
