Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond..Find out more about Kanadevia Inova atJob DescriptionOur Process Group Leader AD leads a multidisciplinary Process Engineering team, providing both technical and disciplinary guidance:- Promotes effective communication and teamwork, leading by example.- Ensures project execution meets timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while actively participating in project tasks.- Reviews Process technical documentation (H&MB, PFD, PIDs, control logics) and oversees workload distribution and resource allocation.- Supports recruitment and onboarding of Process Engineers, in coordination with the local Process Engineering Manager.- Develops employee growth plans and provides coaching and technical support.- Contributes to the creation of guidelines, specifications, and internal directives, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.Qualifications- Master's degree inChemicalorEnvironmental Engineering.-10+years' experience in theAnaerobic Digestion(AD) for biogas production, including 3+ years in the role of Process Engineering Group Leader.- Proven ability to lead and execute projects successfully.- Strong decision-making skills, capable of evaluating operational solutions independently and acting decisively within defined limits.-Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Additional InformationResponsible challenge with diversified field of activityTeam-oriented working atmosphere in an international CompanyPersonal development opportunities through own Inova AcademyOpportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplinesExcellent employment conditionsAttractive working place (central, good transport links)Modern infrastructureFor HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
