From Day 1 you are empowered to make a difference for a better tomorrow with your full potential and creativity.Asa Junior Project Controller, some of your main activities will be:Booking of a broad kind of business operationsInvoicing, credit notes, goods receipt and stock items controlPayment requests, workflows, planning of revenue, registration of claims, cost control, export control checks, provisions register and maintenanceProvide project reporting and analysis as requiredSupport internal and external auditsEnsure project accounting is aligned with Government accounting standards as well as company policies and proceduresInteract with support teams including Corporate Accounting, IT, HR, Contracts, and Supply Chain Management and International stakeholdersContributing to the digital initiatives of the companyInitial support to the Project Controller in managing the projects, updating and checking the project costing, and participation in handover meetings in preparation for future independent management.Required entry qualifications:You are under 29 and a fresh graduate in master s degree in economics or management engineeringA 3-month finance internship experience is a plus as well as an international experienceAspiration to develop a finance path and growGenuine interest for digitalizationKnowledge of office 365, SAP, Mendix will be a plusAbility to work in team, sometime located abroad, and think about everything from the customer perspectivePassion to never-stop growingRespect and appreciation of each person s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledgeProficiency in English and ItalianEligibility to work in ItalyWhat we offerFlexibility: trustful environment with an inclusive and flexible way of working driven by results; hybrid and remote working enabled by innovative tools and devices, personal computer and smartphone; wi-fi connection reimbursement.Welfare: flexible welfare programs and health insurance extendable to your family; professional and extraprofessional accident insurance; free on-site lunch options.Never stop growing: plenty opportunities for continuous and individual learning journeysAn inclusive team culture where you can be yourselfJoin us and be yourself.
