Ingegneria Italia è una media company specializzata nel mondo industriale e la più grande community italiana dedicata a Ingegneria e Industria, con oltre 3 milioni di follower sulle principali piattaforme social.Oltre all'Italia, gestiamo community verticali in Francia, Spagna e Germania, oggi in forte crescita e strategiche per lo sviluppo internazionale dell'azienda.In questa fase di espansione europea, ricerchiamo un/una International Sales & Project Coordinator che affianchi all'attività commerciale anche la gestione operativa dei progetti sui mercati esteri.Cosa faraiArea Sales / Business Development• Lavorare su lead qualificati forniti dall'azienda e contribuire attivamente alle attività di lead generation e sviluppo di nuove opportunità commerciali.• Proporre soluzioni di comunicazione, branded content ed employer branding su scala internazionale.• Gestire call commerciali e negoziazioni in lingua con clienti esteri.• Sviluppare e gestire clienti B2B sui mercati esteri (Francia, Spagna, Germania).• Gestire gli aspetti contrattuali con i clienti e monitorare il credito, assicurando il rispetto delle condizioni concordate.Area Project Management• Coordinare i progetti attivi sui canali internazionali.• Impostare il lavoro dei collaboratori (creator, videomaker, grafici).• Monitorare avanzamento, qualità, timing e delivery dei progetti.• Essere punto di raccordo tra clienti, team interno e collaboratori esterni.RequisitiIndispensabili• Esperienza (anche breve ma concreta) in ambito B2B sales, project management o ruoli ibridi.• Ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese e almeno altre due lingue tra francese, spagnolo e tedesco.• Capacità di gestire video call e relazioni commerciali in lingua.• Mentalità organizzata, attenzione ai dettagli, orientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare per obiettivi.• Familiarità con strumenti digitali: CRM, Google Suite, strumenti di collaborazione.• Disponibilità a viaggiare saltuariamente e ad effettuare incontri periodici in sede a BresciaNice to have• Background in ingegneria gestionale, marketing, comunicazione, media• Conoscenze base di grafica e video editing (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Suite, Final Cut) oppure disponibilità a essere formato per supervisionare il lavoro del team creativo.• Interesse per il mondo industriale, tech e ingegneristico.Cosa offriamo• Contratto a tempo determinato con RAL commisurata all'esperienza + bonus variabile.• Lavoro prevalentemente da remoto con grande autonomia.• Ambiente orientato ai risultati, senza micro-management.• Formazione continua e possibilità di crescita verso ruoli di maggiore responsabilità.Perché unirsi a Ingegneria Italia?Entrerai in una realtà dinamica e in forte crescita, dove comunicazione, tecnologia e industria si incontrano.Lavorerai su progetti internazionali con un impatto concreto, contribuendo allo sviluppo dei canali esteri e al successo dei nostri clienti.Se cerchi un contesto stimolante in cui crescere, imparare e fare davvero la differenza, potresti essere la persona giusta per questa posizione.
