Deputy Plant Director - Chemical Manufacturing IndustryJoin to apply for the Deputy Plant Director - Chemical Manufacturing Industry role at JobbitMichael PageThe Deputy Plant Director will be responsible for ensuring the effective operational management of the manufacturing site.In line with company policies, the role will include the following key responsibilities:ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the production plant, ensuring high standards of quality and full compliance withCoordinate production activities within the plant and optimize processes in terms of efficiency and line performance;Manage Health, Safety, and Environmental aspects in collaboration with the HSE Manager;Lead and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance programs in line with group strategies;Identify critical areas and implement continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives;Contribute to the expansion of business lines in accordance with the needs of specific markets and sectors.QualificationsUniversity degree in Engineering or equivalent education;Proven track record in senior plant management roles;Solid experience in industrial contexts with a strong operations background;Demonstrated leadership skills, proactivity, and authority, gained in consolidated managerial positions;Strong analytical and organizational capabilities, combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;Ability to operate effectively in entrepreneurial environments with a high level of autonomy and attention to detail;Results-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm;Fluency in both Italian and English is required;The employer is a well-established organization within the chemical industry, recognized for its contributions to engineering and manufacturing excellence.Operating as a large organization, they are committed to delivering quality products while driving innovation and operational efficiency.Great opportunity to lead a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in a highly competitive market and make a real impact.Settore: AltroRuolo: Altro#J-*****-Ljbffr
