Join to apply for the Director of Food & Beverage role at Castiglion del Bosco, A Rosewood Hotel .As Director of F&B and reporting to the Hotel Manager you will be responsible for the supervision and strategic development of all F&B activities. This is a key position for supporting the growth of Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco.Job DescriptionSupervises compliance with local and company health regulations (HACCP, occupational safety etc).Defines and implements, in collaboration with the Managing Director and Hotel Manager, the department's medium- to long-term strategy, including positioning, gastronomic branding and operating model.Oversees forecasting, inventories, food and beverage costs, menu engineering, pricing strategy, and sourcing in synergy with Finance.Manages the CAPEX investment approval and implementation process for the F&B department, ensuring budget and time compliance.Monitors forecast and controls labor cost by ensuring that the department applies proper human resources management with a view to efficiency and budget.Receives and takes responsibility for any complaints from guests, reporting the incident to the stakeholders involved. In concert with Hotel Mng/MD performs all appropriate investigations and follow-up with both guests and Associates involved, implementing corrective actions and monitoring guest satisfaction.Job RequirementsA minimum of 10 years' experience in luxury hospitality F&B, with at least 3 years in a similar managerial role.Familiarity with LQA/Forbes standards and operational systems like Opera PMS, Micros, GoAudit, KnowCross or similar.Fluent in both Italian and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.A keen eye for detail, polished interpersonal skills, and a natural flair for relationship-building.A team player who embodies our core values and actively contributes to a positive and ambitious work culture.A proactive mindset with a desire to mentor others and contribute to internal development initiatives.Being part of the Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco team means that training and development opportunities are available and, with the hotel being a key part of Rosewood's global expansion plans, this role could be a stepping stone to exciting international career opportunities.Key InformationSeniority level: DirectorEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Management and ManufacturingIndustry: Hospitality#J-*****-Ljbffr
