Junior Air export - OperationsKWE Italy is looking for a Junior Air Export Operator to join our office in Milano (Pioltello).Job profile:- Complete processing of air shipments, from the pickup of goods to arrival at the destination; Providing information and updates to clients regarding shipment operations; Supporting the sales department in negotiating rates and quotes for services.- Provide excellence in customer service and a first place of contact for client inquiries, concerns and complaints.Special attention to key assigned accounts.- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.- Building of airlines relationships, negotiations where needed.- Complete accurate monthly reports as requested by management and customers.- Booking of shipments; Organizing loadingplans.- Following of customs compliance rules.- Direct contact with clients, KWE offices and destination correspondents.- The candidate will independently manage the shipment processes from booking to invoicing.Key Qualifications:- At least 1 year of experience in the air export department at international freight forwarding companies.- Good attitude and good overall character- Fluent English, both written and spoken, which will be assessed during the interview.- Good proficiency in the MS Office suite.
