organizations.We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our AWS Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) product team, developing innovative services that help customers adopt and secure AWS solutions.The ideal candidate is a passionate customer and category advocate with proven business development skills, capable of prioritising and multitasking across cross-functional teams.In this role you will produce and maintain system security packages for the cross-domain products in coordination with government counterparts.You will automate approval and onboarding processes to accelerate change management and customer onboarding, work across the AWS CDS team and other AWS teams to establish and maintain information security documentation—security questionnaires, SSPs, and SCTMs—and review proposed new systems, networks, and software designs with security engineers to identify and mitigate system security risks.You will also implement higher level security requirements derived from laws, regulations, or government directives, developing long-range plans that anticipate and minimise risks associated with cloud infrastructures' vulnerabilities.Responsibilities- Work with senior leaders from government and commercial partners.- Produce and maintain system security packages for our cross-domain products in coordination with government counterparts.- Automate approval and onboarding processes to ensure faster change management and customer onboarding.- Work across the AWS CDS team and other AWS teams to establish and maintain information security documentation, including security questionnaires, SSPs, and SCTMs.- Review proposed new systems, networks, and software designs with our security engineer(s) for potential system security risks, and resolve integration issues related to the implementation of new services with the existing cloud infrastructure.- Implement higher level system security requirements such as those resulting from laws, regulations, or government directives by developing long-range plans for security systems that anticipate, identify, evaluate, mitigate, and minimise risks.- Spend the majority of your time working with technical business leaders (such as hardware or software engineering leaders and technical program managers) to develop and produce accreditation and compliance related documentation and automation systems to ensure efficient service onboarding.- Build the case for change and prepare board-ready presentations and briefings for senior executive stakeholder communications.- Engage in pursuits that span across multiple Amazon services.- Partner closely with Sales Leadership teams and the Field Sales organization.- Partner with cross-functional teams across Amazon and partners—security, engineering and professional services—to help execute a winning pursuit.- Shape or reshape solutions to best meet the needs of our customers and leverage Amazon capabilities.- program management experience.- 2+ years of software development experience.- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management.- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.- Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.Preferred cost of labor across several US geographic markets.The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market.Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Amazon is a total compensation company.Dependent on the position offered,
